When you get ready to place your home on the market for sale it becomes a product, and just like any product on the shelves at your local store it has features and benefits, pluses and minuses, and there are other products to compete with.
To gain an edge in your marketplace you must be priced right and look better than the competition. Sometimes it's difficult to think of a home as a mere product, but it helps to think that way in order to get top dollar for your home, and sell it in a reasonable amount of time.
When you sell your home you're going to have to move. When you move you're going to have to pack. Most of the principles of staging just mean that you're going to have to do it anyway , so let's do it now together, so you can get top dollar for your home in your market place.

We use the furniture and accessories that you already have in your home and simply re-arrange, de-clutter and present your home at it's best.

We want to take a minute to tell you a little about us and how we work, so that you understand what we do as Real Estate Agents and Accredited Staging Professionals (A.S.P.), and how we can help you get top dollar for your home in the shortest amount of time possible.
First of all, we work entirely different than any other Real Estate Agent you've probably met. We work in steps because we know that is the best way we can provide you with the best service possible.
The first thing that we want to do is come and meet you in your home. That way we'll get to know each other better, and we'll be able to find out all about you and your home. We will take detailed notes and with your permission we'll take digital photo's of your home as well.
We then go back to the office and prepare an exclusive detailed report for you, and when we get together again we will be going through that with you. Our detailed report is in two parts.... the first is about all the marketing that we do to sell your home, and the second part will be the pricing.....how your home fits in to today's market in price and terms. Some agents will tell you what you want to hear but we will always tell you the truth even if you don't like what we tell you.
The final step is to fill out the paperwork, to bring your home on to the market.
If you are having your home staged we will not list your home on the mls until all the staging is complete.
We do all the staging work ourselves, but if your home does need to be repainted, then that responsibility is yours, and of course we will guide you if needed.
Staging your home is a SPECIAL FREE SERVICE that we provide, that very few Real Estate Agents know or understand, and that makes us very unique in our field.
